Recipes to Enjoy Greg's Grains

Greg's Smoothie

1/3 to 1/2 cup Greg's Grains 

1 cup of dairy or soy milk

1 room temperature or frozen banana (overripe bananas are best)

crushed ice

sugar  or honey to taste

makes one serving

4 ounces of Greg's Grains

6 oz. cup of Dannon coffee yogurt

Stir and enjoy four or five hours of freedom from hunger.

Carl's Orange Juice

Add 2 heaping tablespoons of Greg's Grains to 8 ounces of orange juice and stir.

George's Chocolate Milk

Add 2 heaping tablespoons of Greg's Grains to your favorite chocolate milk and stir.

Other Suggestions for Greg's Grains

Add to cold or hot cereal.

Stir in soup.

Thicken gravy.
